      On 6/5/23, my 2011 Kia **** was broken into, and my son called Gossett Kia on Mt. Moriah to inquire about the timetable on repairing my vehicle. My son spoke with ***** and was told 6 weeks to repair the car. I notified the insurance company, and a tow truck was sent immediately, and we proceeded to Gossett Kia. When we arrived, I introduced myself to ***** and told him he had spoken to my son about the car. He instructed the tow truck driver where to take the car and we then went inside to give him my information. He told my husband and me to give him 3-4 weeks and he would give us a call with a status update. My husband called ***** on week 4 and was made to believe that ***** no longer worked for **** He spoke with ********, and she told him she would find out and give him a call back. ******** called me and said she had a supplement estimate for the damage to the car. I gave her the information I had to get that to the insurance company and reached out to my insurance to make sure they received the information. I was told the information had to be uploaded by the dealership or submitted by virtual assistance in order to move forward. The first week of July, I called back to the dealership and ******** informed me that ***** was back and handling my service again. I left several messages for him every other day with no call back. My husband spoke to him and informed him we needed a status update. ***** told my husband he would call him back and called me, so I informed him the insurance company emailed him a link to upload the supplement estimate. He told me about some new email spam blocker, and he would call me back when he rec'd the email... I'm still waiting on that call. On July 27th my husband and I went to the dealership to get some understanding to the situation and was informed that ***** had quit the day before. We spoke with **** the service manager and he told me that 2 parts were still needed and hadn't arrived. As of 8/11 still no car or call back.

      I took my wife's 2012 ********** Beatle to Gossett ********** in March of 2022 for a oil leak on the front seal , while they were there I asked them to change everything behind the front cover while they had it off and also the A/C compressor and according to them they did. They said it was ready so my sister and I went to pick it up. Upon arrival I spoke to the service manager and then went to pay my bill which was almost $3000 dollars which I paid in **** got my receipt, went and got the car left and got 2 miles and the car started knocking. I called back and talked to them about it and asked for a tow truck, I was told that they had no tow truck so I called one myself and got it back to the Dealership where I left it for them to check out their work. After a a few months I had to go back and pick up my car, not fixed so unprofessional told me that it was my fault some how. So I'm out of not only $3000 dollars done without the car over a year, I picked it up in July of 2023 I also had to buy another car in the meantime. I couldn't believe how I was treated and not to mention that I had bought several cars and trucks from them. I never dreamed they would be so unprofessional and I will never be back and warn anyone else to avoid this Dealership.

      My car there now told me i need it a battery paid for a battery ****** went to pick my car up yesterday battery light still on didn't pull off told the service manager ********************* now they tell me i need an alternator another ****** they make you feel like you a dam fool ,an when they get your money they talk to you so dam disrespectful.i am going to try an meet with mr.al gossett .

      I took my vehicle in due to a recall on March 31, 2023 at 7 A.M. My husband was told that the an extension was given due to parts not being available. However, our vehicle was still making noise and we want it fix. We left it there for them to fix it. After a couple of days, we found out it would $1,200 to fix the issue. April 12, 2023 was told we would be able to pick up our vehicle on Thursday. So on Friday, we call to find out if we could pickup our car. Their responds was it's going to be an additional $4,000. We are now waiting for them to prepare our car for pickup today (Friday).

      Bought my vehicle new of 2021 and it had a code showing and they said that they would fix. Time came to fix it I made a trip back to ******* which is about 200 miles round trip and they didnt have the part. Waited about another month and their service ***** had the part in but still couldnt clear the code. Ended up taking it to another dodge dealer and the cleared the code in a hour. I took my car for and oil change at Gossett and they damaged my vehicle over their tire tread reader car bottom out and they refused to take blame or responsibility. Their service department is the worst Ive ever dealt with. Would not recommend them to anybody!

      Kept my car for four weeks and still didn't fix it **************************** called spoke to my wife told her it was the switch would fix it and give one new key. when I picked the car up on 7/ 21 /22 at **** am they charged ****** dollars did not give me a key and he said it was fixed. I dove it home turned it off it was still doing the same thing it was not fixed . I called the manager ************************* he told me he would have it towed back and they would fix it. They towed it back now **************************** says it the starter and want me to pay another 600 dollars for the same problem that they didnt fix the first time tried to call ************************* back I keep geting his answering machine.
