  Toyota Camry XSE ******************************************************************************* August 2020.I had been looking at this car since Toyota start advertising it! I fell in love with its red seats, panoramic roof, and sporty look! Now most of my other nursing friends purchased **** but I was so sold on Toyotas durability and longevity of their cars. With 13k left to pay on the car and 72k miles on the car , I opened my sunroof on a beautiful day ( which hadnt been opened in months and also worked well when I last had it opened) and when I went to close the sunroof it got stuck ! I then rerouted to get to Toyota to hurry and get this fixed. I was told the technicians where gone for the day but I did have one just look at the car and then was told that it didnt look good and was told that it would be 38 hundred dollars at the highest to fix . I laughed and said you have to have your zeros wrong . With them closing ,and it being a Friday , I had to follow up with services my next off day , which was Thursday. Took my car Thursday and they quoted me 4k to fix the hand that was bent on the glass ! Which they also told we that they had 3 Toyotas in service for problems with the sunroof! I was so shocked that my Toyota, still a brand new car cost this much to fix for a small metal piece! I even looked at trading the car in but they didnt have many cars on the lot due to a storm from the previous week and the cars where said to have hail damage. They showed me a grand Highlander ( which was also said to have hail damage) but for a car that was supposed to be damage the sale numbers and car note was way too high! They also did not have any rentals available!! What an inconvenience to a loyal customer! I financed my car through **********************, I have always serviced my car through Toyota now Im having to consider getting rid of my brand new car due to something thats probably a manufacture issue!!

  We bought a vehicle and they put some damages. They tried fixing the vehicle at the end cause more damage and its been a big hassle trying to get them to fix it.

  I stopped by this dealership on my lunch break to check out a truck I saw online. Myself and my credit union worked with *********************** a salesman at this dealership to purchase this vehicle. My credit union cut the check and I added this truck to my insurance so as to have it insured when I drove it off the lot. *********************** and I agreed upon 9 AM on Saturday for me to come in and sign the paperwork. I made it to the dealership at 8:50. I waited an hour before I told the receptionist I had to leave to pick up my Mom in another state (I really thought signing would take no longer than 20 minutes). I asked the receptionist to tell the salesman we would have to reschedule the signing. When I went back to the dealership, I was told by a salesman in the front lobby that the truck was sold on Saturday. I was speechless. Why the salesman would sell this truck when he knew I had done everything that was required to make the purchase bewilders me. Now I have a check and insurance on a truck I don't even own. I remember sitting in the lobby at the dealership on Saturday reading their mission statement and set of values. One of which was how they value time. Well, I have wasted a full week of time jumping through hoops with absolutely nothing to show for it. Buyer Beware!!!
