    These people took my money for a face pillow and never shipped it and blocked me on Instagram when I asked about it

    I placed and order with this company on January 1, 2025 for a pillow. As of this date February 5, 2025, I have not recived my item. I have contacted the company mutiple times via email ************************************ with no response. I have also reached out to the sponsoring compay "Shop" with no response. I am seeking a refund of *****

    I purchased from Viora site thru SHOP App. The only contact information that I have is the phone number and e-mail address which I supplied at the beginning of my claim.I placed an order for two face pillows with priority fulfillment on September 27, 2024 for the amount of $48.93. According to the tracking information, my order was marked as "on the way" on September 28, 2024, but there have been no updates since then.On October 21, 2024, I sent an email requesting an update on the status of my order due to the stagnant tracking information. I received a response from ***** on the same day, stating that my order was "being closely tracked" and advising me to reach out with any additional questions. I immediately replied on October 21, 2024, requesting specific details about the current location of my package and clarification on how it was being tracked. Unfortunately, I received no further responses.Given the lack of communication, I filed a dispute with my bank, Navy ********************, to recover the funds. On November 13, 2024, I sent another email to Viora, expressing my concerns that their failure to deliver the products or provide updates potentially violates consumer protection laws under FDIC and FTC guidelines. In this email, I requested:A detailed explanation of my tracking information and the current status of my order.A full refund to my original payment method if the products could not be shipped immediately.I also requested a response by November 18, 2024, but to date, I have not received any further communication or resolution.This experience has been deeply frustrating and concerning, particularly given the lack of transparency and responsiveness. As this is a popular website, I am submitting this complaint to ensure other consumers are not subjected to similar treatment. I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate actions be taken to hold the merchant accountable.Thank you for your time and assistance.
