    On 11/23 of 24 my card was charged $19.90 from this place which I did not make any purchases and I don't even know this place and when I tried to speak to them about it they had no answers I just think somebody should be warned that these could be fraudulent people or scammers thank you

    We are truly sorry to hear that the customer has been a victim of apparent credit card fraud. We can assure them, though, that we have zero transactions in our system for them or for the amount of $19.90 in our recent history. From the customer's screenshot, it appears that the transaction declined which is likely due to a combination of protections in our cart and from their credit card issuer. But, because the charge declined, no funds were captured and thankfully there is nothing to refund. 

    We are very disappointed in the increase in credit card fraud that we are seeing lately. It is very common for identity thieves to try multiple low dollar transactions on our site in an attempt to legitimize a card to make a future larger purchase. We are doing our best protect our customers and ourselves by blocking not only these phishing type transactions but also the ** address from which they originate. 

    Again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience the customer has experienced. But, we are at least grateful that no funds have changed hands.
