    On October 11, 2024, I confirmed a moving service with Helping Hands *********************************************** LLC for October 12, 2024, to transport my belongings from my residence at **************************************************************************, to a storage unit at Sentry Self Storage ******** Trace (**********************************************************). I paid an initial $50 to confirm the booking (Invoice #***). The service was to include a two-person crew and a 26-foot truck scheduled between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM.The team arrived an hour late but conducted the move professionally at first. Upon arrival at the storage unit, my family and I briefly left, allowing the team to unload our belongings. Upon our return, the unit was disorganized, with items poorly packed and furniture inadequately wrapped. I paid the team $562 at 15:46 for the service.Later that day, upon revisiting the storage unit at approximately 17:45, I discovered that two of my flat-screen televisions (a 65-inch ** and a 55-inch Element) were damaged. Both were wedged between mattresses without adequate padding or protection.After contacting the company's representative, Mr. ***** *******, he assured me that the company would replace the damaged televisions. However, as of October 27, 2024, I have not received replacements or any further communication from Helping Hands *********************************************** LLC regarding the resolution of this issue.Desired Resolution:I am requesting reimbursement or replacement of the damaged televisions at your earliest convenience. The lack of follow-through and accountability from Helping Hands *********************************************** LLC has been deeply frustrating, and I trust the BBB will assist in resolving this matter.Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to a resolution promptly.

    I used this moving company on Sept 30th 2024 and during this move they damages my refrigerator, freezer, and several items including busting heavy duty totes by slamming them down on top of each other.
