      Filed bankruptcy with *************************** in Oct 23. Gave him the creditors told him about offsets with the stated ect which he told me he could handle. Long story short I found out that he was not doing his job. I had 7000 dollars offset from the iRS AND THEY HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE bankruptcy. Im officially house because the bate taking so much out of my check and ** officially considered suicidal but my daughter and I are homeless living out of our car with nothing to eat because he didnt do his job

      The client *************************** was contacted by Attorney *************************** regarding her allegation. Per their conversation he informed her that he was not aware of any funds being taken and if so they were in error. He is in the process of contacting the State's Attorney to address her concern further. In addition the firm has not received any fees from this client. RLF will work closely with the client to resolve any issues going forward.

      5 years now. Can't get a call back. Found out the company cut my check and sent if 2 months ago. They have yet to call me and tell me about the settlement. $91,000 and they lost my check? Worst law firm ever. The company call me to see about my check. Now Reaves needs to handle their business before they get dis bar.

      Thanks for the feedback, we have been in constant communication with the client, and have apologized repeatedly for the delay with the insurance company. Our records indicate the most recent communication being late September and various days in October to present. We are following up on this situation and will follow up with the client to provide an update.

      November 2021, *************************** of the ****** Law firm filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy on my behalf. From the onset, I would have to constantly call and email him regarding my case. **************** would very seldom return my phone calls or respond to my emails. Three months ago, July 2022, I contacted **************** regarding filing a motion to lower my plan payments. I was told by **************** that he was filling the motion. One month went by and no motion filed. Two months went by, no motion. Now, its been three months and no motion has been filed. I have left several messages for **************** to call me, but to no avail. All of my emails to **************** have gone unanswered. I called October 28, 2022 and spoke with his paralegal. She apologized and informed me someone from the office would call me; I did not receive a phone call. This is the worst law firm I have ever dealt with.

      Unfortunately the attorney handling the request *************************** went out on maternity leave the day the request was made and the office was not aware as the request was left on his voicemail.  Upon his return, Attorney ****** filed the complaint and a minimal reduction was granted by the courts.

      I am rejecting this response because: The firm is being untruthful. I spoke with the attorney directly, I didnt leave a voicemail. The attorney also had a paralegal I left numerous messages with. Accept ownership my request was ignored for months.
