    When I say HEARTBROKEN thats an understatement ?????? my heart is completely SHATTERED . i spent my entire morning taking care of my fur baby . we woke up early to go get him vaccinated at the free pet vaccination drive at *********** Chuch of ******! Then proceeded to Glamour Grooming and Boarding . I had the best feeling about this place because I met the owner at a restaurant who told me all about her journey as a groomer and her plans so I was on the lookout for her business to open . YALL I TOOK MY BABY JAX TO THE GROOMER SHORTLY AFTER 10:30am AS A WALK-IN & LET ME KEEP IT SHORT AND SAY HE WENT & NEVER CAME HOME . AROUND 3pm I GOT A CALL THAT I THOUGHT WAS GONNA BE UR BABY. IS READY FOR PICKUP instead YOUR DOG IS DEAD . CONFUSED LIKE NO YOU GOTTA HAVE THE WRONG BABY CAUSE HOW COULD ANYTHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN !! IT WAS HIS FIRST TIME THERE BUT HES BEEN TO ANOTHER GROOMER REGULARLY AND NOTHING LIKE THIS HAS EVER HAPPENED. I JUST TOOK HIM TO GET GROOMED AND NOW HES DEAD????!!!! SHE SAID SORRY . MY SON WAS BATHING HIM AND HE JUMPED OUT THE *** HIT HIS HEAD AND DIED . I TRIED TO REVIVE HIM BUT HE GONE . SHE TRIED TO OFFER ME ANOTHER DOG OVER THE PHONE AND IN PERSON WHEN I WENT TO SEE HIM BUT NO . UNBELIEVABLE OF COURSE I DONT WANT ANOTHER DOG I WANT MY DOG . MY JAX . MY CHORKIE . I DIDNT APPRECIATE THAT RESPONSE AT ALL BC WHILE I AM STILL PROCESSING WHAT I WAS TOLD HAPPENED VS WHAT I KNOW TO BE TRUE . AT THE SAME TIME NO LONGER HAVING MY PUP & TRYING TO CONSOLE MY CHILD . OUR FAMILY IS BROKEN UP . THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WEVE SUFFERED THE **** OF A PET . BELLES WHICH WAS HIS MOM . SO HE WAS THE ***** OF HER WE HAD LEFT ONLY PPL WITH PETS CAN UNDERSTAND THE **** ASSOCIATED WITH LOSING ONE . MY FUR BABY JAX DIED AT THE HANDS OF THIS GROOMER AND THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPENED!!!! WHERES THE CAMERA FOOTAGE ??? WHERE WAS HIS RESTRAINTS WHILE HE WAS GETTING HIS BATH ??? WHAT OTHER PRECAUTIONS ARE TAKEN TO PROTECT THE **** THAT COME TO GET GROOMED??

    Very sweet person, who loves the pets and takes good care of them, My husband and I drive an hour to her shop for dog grooming 5 star ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? service ??

    ************* is the best!!! She took care of my dog until he passed away a few years ago.. I have never seen a person that love the dogs like she do. What is so awesome about her the dogs love her too. She treat and talk to them just as if they were her children. I love the relationship she shares with every dog that comes to her. Now my son takes his dogs to her for boarding when he come in town and they jump right in her arms. I love it
