  Where do I start. **** with Shelby Demolition and Pool Removal tore down and removed a double wide mobile home with a deck and room addition. I can truly say the whole process was a pleasant surprise from beginning to end. **** called when he said we would, and arrived on time or early. The tear down and removal was seamless and very professional. **** kept me updated with pictures and/or videos. I never once had to guess what was going on, plus sent a picture once the job was completed.This was a great relief since I was in another city. In this day and time to have someone go above and beyond is truly unusual and he did. I very rarely give reviews, but I am so very, very pleased I had to this time. Thank you **** with East Shelby Demolition for making what could have been very stressful a breeze.

Their work was both timely and of high quality. *****************************, the owner, was very professional, offering fair pricing and excellent communication throughout the entire process. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

  Pool removal:Excellent, Excellent work! Very professional, very hard working, reliable, excellent work ethics, personable. They had a very tight place to squeeze their equipment in to reach the pool and they easily managed to do so without damaging anything They were very skilled with their equipment knowing exactly what and when to do it without hesitation. It was harder work than I could have ever imagined! They cleaned up everything and replaced things they had to move They finished up the pool area with sod(looked great). Very impressed with this group. I have never worked with anyone as good as them! I was home so I was able to get a good idea of what they were doing. If you need your pool removed, you couldnt find a better company! *****

  *********************** and his company did an exceptional job removing my pool and deck and doing excavation work to improve the drainage in my yard. He and his crew worked very hard for a day and a half and took every precaution to minimize damage to both my front and back yards. He and his crew were very professional and explained each step involved with the project and told me how to manage the new sod while waiting to have my new deck built. I highly recommend ******* Construction and Excavation, formerly East Shelby Demolition and Excavation. I thought the price quoted was very reasonable for the work performed.

  This company is one of the very best vendors I have ever encountered. Pool demo, removal of concrete slabs, massive erosion repair on lake grade and lake levy erosion repairs, clearing enormous underbrush areas, erosion control for concrete inlet / outlet pipes on (3) lakes and other common areas. Maintenance of underbrush growth on lake levy/cleared land. I find the quality of their work is excellent, they maintain contact throughout a project, their pricing is very reasonable, they are professional and always have provided excellent service throughout the 5+years they have been a vendor I knew I could trust to provide the level of service/quality of service presented.
