We had a complete refinish of our pool done by this company in 2021. The contract with this company includes a 2-year warranty on the work.Beginning of August 2022, only 15 months after the work was completed, the new paint, which was part of the refinish, started to come off. According to the manufacturer, the paint will last up to 8 years if properly applied.Despite several attempts of getting a hold of the owner, who also did the work, by phone and text messaging over the last 3-4 months, the owner has not replied back. Please help us in having this company fix this issue, which is covered under the warranty per the contract.

when the customer said that we had not spoken about this matter prior to this complaint being filed which could not be further from the truth we first spoke in August of **************************************************************************** the two spots that were effected one of the spots was about half the size of a ***** that spot *** have been a miss at the time paint was applied or it *** have been the result of an object that somebody *** have been either playing with or that was simply left in the pool that could have caused a chip. Now the other spot was said to be on the steps which actually wound up being oxidization of the walls in the pools step area which I explained to him that he could use a chelating additive solution to help and or prevent the oxidation of the pool paint along with brushing any areas that *** have some oxidation which can also be brought on by not keeping your chemicals correct? As for this paint has a chemical sheet that goes along with it that I personally hand out to every customer that we have ever painted a pool for its very important to keep your chemicals correct as per the chemistry worksheet, that every customer receives from us when using the Olympic, ***** two part epoxy Pool Paint. I met with the homeowner to take a look at the pool in either late September or within the first three weeks of October of 2022, this is when I explained to them what was going on and what we could do about it. So the homeowner was going to get a recommended Chelating product as I told the home owner that I would try to pick up some for them , which they were able to find the product before we could. So I let them know that I had no problem sanding down and repainting any spots that *** come up over the course of the winter as we both agreed that we should wait until spring just to make sure that nothing else chips off. Now I *** have missed a call or two from the homeowner in the spring ***be at the end of march and ***be even the first two weeks of April possibly but I contacted him toward the end of April and set up a meeting with them on the 15th of May 2023 and I told him that I would repaint the entire slope and shallow floor which they agreed and we agreed that I would perform the work at the end of the season in late September or in October. So we are in good standings with the Costumer as far as we know!!!
We are always willing to go the extra mile for our customers!!!
