  Well I'm not happy with them I'm on a fixed income years ago a salesman came out told me the shed I got 16' x 12', 192sq ft no installation, no lights, no outlets. The *** told me price $4,000 and all I had to do is was $254.50 a month he said no interest I have been paying since may 19th 2020 that's 60 months at $254.50 a month = $15,270 that damb $4,000 should have been paid off period this lady told me if I wanted to pay if off they could make me a cash offer so I called her when I got money told her I had $1,000.00 she said I would have to pay like $2,000.00 it's like you already got $15,270.00 I have been sending them emails telling them the best I could do is $1,000 no response I'm just going to call my Attorney this is crazy. ****** E

  Have been calling this company for 2 months with no answer, Ive emailed with all emails coming back as unable to deliver. I need to pay this loan off. Ive now placed a stop payment on the *** payment coming from my account, in hopes to get their attention. Their emails stopped last year of sending me a receipt of my payment. I was able to get my in touch with them 2.5 months ago when I found out my payoff, went to call them back to do the payoff and havent been able to get in touch with them since. They told me that payoff was good for 10 days.

  I have tried to contact the company and no one ever answers. I finally got some one after 3 weeks of trying for a pay off. I paid it off and am still getting a text to pay ****. When the lady told me my payoff, she said to just call back to let me know you paid it off. Well again, I cant get an answer. In my opinion, they dont do good business.

  This company is running a shady operation emails ,phone number none of it works you can't contact this company at all but yet there fast with pulling money out of your account no ***************** on how many payments are left been after a total of payments left sence June of 2023 that was last time I got any statements from this company I will never recommend any people purchase any of there building I even contacted there ************* pulled shady stuff with them also they no longer have there building for rent with option to buy they haven't delt with ********* for over year n half again would not recommend this company at all

  ****************, Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologize you haven't had any luck getting in touch with us. I would like to clarify a few things regarding your frustration with us and would love to discuss the issues you have been having with our company if you would like. The invoices and text messages are automatically generated in our computer system and sent out automatically. I do see on your account where you have tried to reply to some of those automatically generated text messages, but we aren't able to see those responses, so I am very sorry you weren't aware of that. I will personally email you the requested information and moving forward, should you have any questions and cannot get through by calling ************ or toll free ************, you are more than welcome to email me and I will respond just as soon as possible. Regarding the payments, it looks like you are set up on automatic withdrawal through our office. Therefore, until cancelled by you or until the rented property is paid off in full, those payments will be automatically withdrawn from the payment form in which you chose when you set that up with us. To request that a receipt be sent to you, that is something we will have to manually print and we can either mail them to you or email them to you. You also have the option to create an online account and login to our website to view your complete payment history, which I will include that link in my email to you today. As for the dealership where the portable buildings are/were sold, those buildings are owned by the manufacturer, EZ Portable Buildings. Unfortunately for us, a common misunderstanding with our customers is that EZ Portable Buildings is who we are when in fact, our company, TruWorth Rentals, LLC. is not offiliated with them at all. We are the contract company who gives the dealerships customers the option to rent the (in your case) portable storage building on a month-to-month lease agreement and if the customer chooses (somewhat similar to getting a loan from your/a bank to go purchase a vehicle from a car lot/dealership, but with the option to voluntarily return the building without penalty and without affecting your credit), they can either request pickup if they no longer need the portable building or if they want to keep the building and they pay all rental payments on time, per the terms of the lease, we/TruWorth Rentals, LLC. then will transfer ownership to our customer. With that said, any manufacturer issues that *** occur, whether that be with you or with the dealership, that is EZ Portable Buildings, not our company. We are very grateful to offer the option of making monthly payments instead of customers having to pay for the buildings in full upfront at the dealership to purchase the building from the manufacturer, if they choose. Again, thank you for the review and we sincerely apologize for all of the problems you have had for the last eight months. Hopefully moving forward we can make this a positive experience for you and we can give you the customer service you deserve.

  I have been a victim also of portable buildings and statements each month for RTO TW. This is not a legit corporation. They are only to collect funds and harrass customers. This A ******** and others should be jailed and locked up for fraudulently taking money and setting up acounts. No one person owns Tru worth Rentals. It a foreign Limited liability and fake. Turn them in. Also EZ PB should be shut down ASAP. They are rude and nonprofessional.

I reviewed your account with us and it looks like there haven't been any payments made on your account since the building was delivered this past summer, in July 2023. Regarding the fraudulent payments per the review submission, we are unaware of any payments made on your account.   I have been dealing with this company for some time, always changing account manager ect, however this one thats currently on my account is very unprofessional & rude in every way possible. She always threatening to send the account to a driver and locks us out where we cant pay our bill on line! She sends emails over and over with threats with sending it to repossession. The Price is always different every month and the due date changes. When we call to ask to speak to her boss she gives excuses and then when asked to forward to her supervisor v.mail she hangs up. Very rude individual!! I am however seeking legal help and have filed through with the emails, history payments and upload of our recorded conversation on Nov 3rd . Im not sure if its the company thats ripping customers off or its the employee. Nothing adds up every time with our account. I dont want to say the company is doing bad business or its the employees that dont want to do their job correctly.I have been in retail as a store manager for years dealing with customers for 15 hrs a day and I never would thought that **** unprofessional ****************** would be acceptable as a employee for a world wide company. And yet a Supervisor still fails to reach out

  I would Definitely not recommend them! I was late on a payment by 2 days and had always paid early except this ONE time and they started harassing me! I told them I was waiting on a check and would pay on Friday (this was Tuesday) and Friday at 3pm I received a message that they had sent it for REPOSSESSION! I called them immediately and the rep told me that yes it had already been sent to be repossessed unless I could make a payment right then...I told her I was already in the process of making the payment, but GOOD GRIEF! Things happen sometimes and if people have a good payment history, it seems like you could give them a small ***** period.This is ridiculous!
