      I ordered photos December 11, 2023. I have not received them. I have called and emailed with no response.

      The problem we are having is PayPal and the postal service.  The customer did not receive either pictures from two diffent schools which throws up a red flag with postal delivery to certain homes.  I did contact the customer about delivering them personally to the school.  PayPal freezes the payment until the customer replies to PayPal that the issue is resolved.  Since postal service is involved, PayPal will not allow us to clear the complaint since we have no tracking of package.

      These orders are not printed out and mailed from here, they are mailed from a sister lab. In order for me to get this order and have it corrected and mailed from here it need you to please contact me. I cannot log in and issue a refund. I don't have that ability but also your order was already mailed out right after Christmas break and has not been returned to us. A lot of times the post office will not deliver to apartment mailboxes because it doesn't fit because it doesn't bend, which was another reason I asked you to call. We cannot correct the issue without speaking to you. You placed your order right before all of the labs and this studio closed down for two weeks and then once we came back from Christmas break we closed another week and a half for the snow because the schools were closed. I'm trying to get all information before I go and ask them owner to refund. We fulfilled the order and mailed it out, but unfortunately, we have no control what happens once it's put in the **** office's hands.

      I just received on PayPal a notice that you have not received your
      pictures. I will find out what has happened, reprint your pictures
      and ship them to you or to the school. Which had you prefer? I
      also see where you have called and emailed trying to find some
