      If I could I would give this business 0 stars, I would. In 8/2023 I gave one of my leg braces to them for repair. A week after they accepted the brace, I received a call demanding full payment, before it would be sent out for repair. I have 2 insurance carriers, the primary having a large deductible and the secondary having a very small deductible. Even so, I paid the $450.00 so they would start the work. I have been doing business with this company for a very long time. I thought that in the light of an overpayment, they would refund this amount to me, as any reputable business would. Wrong! Instead of refunding the over payment ($350), now they have come up with an unpaid amount from 2022, for which I was never billed. When I questioned this "old bill", I was told that they had gotten behind. I say, "Do Yourself A Favor... Stay As Far Away From This Place As You Can."

      I feel a strong obligation to alert the public about this business. Sorry that I can't be more date specific, but I have requested a copy of my medical records from this business 5 times during the past 6 weeks, but they have refused to provide them to me. In early January 2023, I paid a down payment of $1600.00 and the braces were ordered and 2 pairs of shoes were sent for modifications to accommodate the braces.In late January or early February, I received the new braces and shoes and paid the balance owed of approximately $1600.00. After trying them for 3-4 weeks 1 pair was prone to cause blisters and blisters are NOT AN OPTION for a person who has diabetes. I still, after 5 months do not have these shoes back. Even though one of the owners, at my request, got involved and agreed that they needed to be fixed, and he would make that happen. It's been another month and I've heard from no one. Please understand that the braces do help alleviate the pain in my feet and ankles. The problem is that they are absolutely an ambarrasment to wear. They are very noisy, the lower straps are defective,and the braces in some places are 1.5" out from my legs. When I wear shorts, it is not uncommon for people to ask who made those braces.Bottom line is this, I've paid $3200.00+ 6 months ago and I still haven't received 1 pair of shoes that were modified to fit the braces. The worst part is that no one there, including one of the owners, will accept any responsibility or accountability for their company's inability to provide what they promise. In my opinion, their customer service is no better than the quality of their products. I've called no less than 15 times to try to get repair and delivery updates, and every time I get the same response, "let me check on that and I'll get back to you". Don't hold your breath, it ain't gonna happen. My 1st time to use this company, but I'd drive to *********, ******* **, or *********** before I'd use them again.PUBLIC BEWARE!!!!!
