5 starsI recently worked with ***** ******** to appraise two inherited properties in **********, and I couldnt be more pleased with his service. The first property is a spacious home on a large lot with over ***** square feet, 4 (possibly 5) bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and original flooring on the bottom floor. The second property, while distressed and in need of a full rehab, has great bones and sits on a huge ******. ******** took the time to thoroughly assess both properties, providing a detailed and accurate appraisal that truly reflected their unique characteristics. His expertise, patience, and attention to detail were evident throughout the process. He communicated clearly and made sure I understood each step of the appraisal.
