      I received furniture from the company and while delivering it they had one man bring a sectional up two flights of stairs by himself. I had to help him bring it it which I am a 52 women it was tuff and I had to help him because he was forcing the couch in the causing damage to my walls and the couch. Upon asking for the damages ti be paid for I was given the run around and Because I was getting splinters from wood falling in my carpet from the damaged couch I asked them to come and pick it up. In return I was supposed to get a bedroom set from them and I was told it would be delivered three days later on that Monday. I was being charged for a bed that the store associate didnt know that I hadnt received yet when told I was supposed to be compensated in my account due to the damages I was given the run around again. I was told by the manager once I finally did receive the bed 3 weeks later that they will apply the amount for the damages to my October bill. I never heard anything back I got a call from a store associate saying that they applied the payment to hold the bed for me and once I told her I didnt ask them to hold it they did that in their own when she thought I had the bed the whole time she became rude and I asked them to come and get the furniture because when the brought the bed I never knew what my payments would because I wasnt sent the contract to sign.

      Used my credit card on my daughter account,refused to refund my payment. They did a 1 time payment several months ago from my card for my daughter payment. They kept my card info in her account refused to remove my card, and currently used my card without speaking to me and took 57 dollars from me. I know it is not a lot of money. However it is when you have nothing. I want this stote reported and the manager as well.
