    My first call to Mr. ******************** 11/8. He sent someone to inspect my heating unit who I later learned was in training, he was alone. He left to get a part and never heard from him again. I called Mr. ******************** on 11/23 to ask him when my heat was going to be fixed. He said the *** he sent told him there was nothing wrong. He came out and said he had to find the part and would be back the next day, never did. Every time he comes back it's something elsee wrong, charges still adding up. On 12/4 I called him , he had an attitude and showed up drunk. He was flirting me in front of my husband and when my husband went upstairs he came back downstairs, sexually harassed me, and touched me in an inappropriate place. I have already filed charges with the police. I had to call someone else to fix the heat, he said that it was a minor problem to begin with but they made it worse because they forced the wrong part and it fried the circuit board. Before I threw him out of my house, Mr. ******************** said the problem was my furnace and that would be another 1800 dollars more. The new *** says he was lying to me about prices. He was at my house for maybe two hours and when he left I had heat.
