    I cancelled this subscription to resume genius in March of 2023, within 7 days of the date of originally starting the subscription well within the 14 day trial period. I just noticed on 6/23/23 that I was still being charged ***** per month, and cancelled for a second time. Also when reviewing all charges in the month of April I was charged twice once on 04/22/23 and once again on 04/28/23 I was billed a total of 4 times from 04/22/23 to 06/22/23 in the amount of ***** all of which I should not have been charged. I have emailed resume genius many times and have only received emails back saying that there charges are legitimate not once have they looked into the double charge in April. I cannot find the original cancellation email in my emails. But I know I cancelled this account within the first week of starting it since I only used there service to help write my resume and after that had no need or use for it I have requested a refund for these charges and that is what I am seeking now is a refund for the 4, ***** charges that was charged after I had originally cancelled this account.

    When purchasing a one time item, they signed us up for a monthly subscription that took us MONTHS to figure out was being pulled from a CC. I hen trying to cancel their customer service was awful, condescending, and extremely unhelpful. They refuse a refund despite that the person who had the account, and the persons card it was were two different people, and they card holder was only aware of the one time charge for the one single item. They are preying on people by doing this, it needs to be illegal.
