    My 81-year-old mother moved to Brightmore in November 2023. I was so impressed with ***********, patient, and high-quality customer service the marketing and sales staff provided us. ****** and ******** have been exceptionally helpful during the process. With their expertise, I knew immediately Brightmore was a great place for mom. ****** and the entire staff greeted my mom to the Brightmore family and made her feel so comfortable at her new home. Thanks so much for all the patience, compassion, and knowledge! (huge smile and hug from mom as well)

    My 94 year old, very outspoken mother is absolutely FLOURISHING at Brightmore of East Memphis, after only a couple of weeks there in Assisted Living. I am especially grateful to the kindest, most patient person imaginable- *************************. My brother and I visited two other facilities prior to Brightmore and had settled on one of those. When we left ******, we left with no question that we wanted our mom at Brightmore. She patiently explained the levels of service, gave us a tour and showed and re-showed us rooms no matter how many times we asked.Since then the entire staff has also impressed us immeasurably, but by far the most significant indicator is my moms happiness there. She says she likes it so well, shes afraid to speak of it! Thank you ****** for your patience and knowledge!!!
