    This company did work on my roof in 2021 and I have had several problems.. The work was substandard,,it took. too long and. only 1 person could speak English. Roof is. Leaking now called. No one answer or return my call.. I would not recommend Alliance Restoration to anyone .I feel they take advantage of women and elderly and I am both

    Ms. ******* Alliance Restoration has never done any work on your roof. We were hired to replace drywall and insulation and repair the rotted flooring only. We have also never received a call from you about any issues with the work. We did not do any work on your roof at all. We were hired by your bank to do the repairs proscribed in their outline. The bank inspected everything that was done. I would recommend calling the company that did the actual repairs to the roof to see if they can help you. If they do not respond, then you may give us a call at: ************ and we can look at the roof issue for you.

    I wasn't too sure what to think about this company when I saw them doing my neighbors house in May. I'm glad I called Alliance, though! Back in March we had a big storm that knocked down trees and damaged a lot of roofs. My neighbor told me his insurance company wasn't paying to replace his entire roof after a tree branch fell on it. Well, I had a bunch of damage from the same storm, and since we have the same insurance company, I figured mine wouldn't replace the whole roof either. Sure enough, I called my insurance and they sent a guy to come look at it. He said he thought it should be replaced, but he said "It's not up to me, my boss has to approve it". Well, they only paid to replace one part of the roof and then replace a bunch of shingles in other parts. My neighbor told me about Alliance Restoration and that they were able to get his entire roof replaced after talking to the insurance company and showing them why it needed to be fully replaced. I met with ******* and ****** from Alliance and they came and took pictures and measured everything and said "Give us a couple of weeks to talk to your insurance company". Well, 2 weeks later I got a call from the insurance man and he said they will pay to replace the whole roof! I picked a color and they put the roof on the following week. It took one day to do. Looks great! These guys know what they are doing!

    These guys were fantastic. Came out and replaced my roof in a short few days after having to remove two old ones already on the home. They are super helpful throughout the process and were very easy to stay in contact with day and night. Highly recommend!
