    I contacted this company for a new roof on a 16 ft gazebo that we have. They came and did some measurements and although I have contacted them, I have yet to get a response. If our project is too small of a project for them.. just let me know instead of dropping the ball and ignoring me. This is a poor way to handle a business.

    I have issue with BEST Choice Roofing on the billing It is supposed to complete with entire roofing with initial quote of 13K they got the money what is supposed to fixed from insurance.I got another statement from BEST choice there is another 6K to pay.I would recommend some one with working with BEST choice roofing be cautious on their quote and working on the insurance.

    This review is unfair to Best Choice Roofing. The additional $6K the customer is referring to was a supplement that was approved by his insurance company. This entire amount is sent to the customer to then be paid to ********************. Customer acknowledged he used the money for other purposes and was unable to pay. He since has been sent to a collections attorney.

    We are disappointed to hear of ******************** experience. Best Choice Roofing worked diligently to address ******************** concerns despite many ignored communication attempts.
    BCR credited ****************** the full amount of her gutter guards purely out of goodwill because she was simply unhappy of how they looked with the new drip edge.
