My family unexpectedly had a huge oak tree fall into our ************ home in March 2025, completely destroying our roof and the side kitchen wall. During our search for a contractor to help us rebuild, we found out that the owner of *** (highly recommended by our friends) had partnered with an insurance expert to form Revival Restoration Services, which specializes in exactly what we needed, rebuilding after storm property damage and assisting with the insurance process. ***** ******* from Revival Restoration came out quickly with various crew members to assess the damage to the house and wrote us up a very detailed quote that broke down each step of expected construction clearly, from the new roof to even the final step of house cleaning. After interviewing a couple of companies, we chose to proceed with Revival due to their professionalism, promptness, and attention to detail.******* Pillow has been the most reassuring and competent project manager anyone could hope to have, so we feel very blessed to have been assigned him to guide us in rebuilding our home during this stressful period. He patiently and politely responds to our phone calls and texts (even after hours and weekends), answers our endless questions, and calmly handles/addresses any and all concerns we have. ******* walked us through each stage of construction, helping us focus on the tasks immediately needing our attention versus things to deal with later on. He would coordinate our contractors and inform us daily which contractors to expect at what time, as well as relay our requests and concerns. When we had to adjust how we handled fixing kitchen cabinetry, he executed the change order seamlessly. ******* is extremely professional and courteous to his clients, but you can also tell he is working hard behind the scenes to make sure construction goes smoothly without a hiccup. I was a bit incredulous when he told us he expected to complete our project in approximately six weeks, but he was pretty spot on, at about eight weeks.Overall, we would definitely recommend Revival Restoration and ******* Pillow based on the professionalism and great care we received from them and all our sub contractors, the quality of their workmanship (Our new roof is solid and so stunning that our tree guy asked us for a roofing referral!), and the shared objective in getting our home restored (and us back into our home) in a timely and within budget manner.

******* Pillow, of Revival Roofing Services, inspected my roof because I needed a letter stating the condition of my roof for insurance purposes. He was on time, very courteous and professional. He took pictures and explained everything he saw to me. He answered all my questions completely and clearly. I just closed on my home in october and after the fact my insurance company canceled my insurance due to curled shingles. The roof on my new home was less than 9 years old.******* was gracious enough to come out and look at my roof for me. He did a very detailed inspection and found the roof was in fantastic shape. He put together paperwork for me to turn into the insurance company to prove they were wrong.Thank you!!Revival Roofing Services

***** and ******* were very accommodating not only with arranging for quality repair, but also with navigating the insurance process. ***** even managed to arrange for a tree company to come and remove a tree that had fallen on my house on the same day that it fell in time to get roof covered for rain that night. We live in a very large, tall house in midtown with multiple chimneys and lots of complicated valleys and peaks. The gutter system is just as busy. For years we thought our regular maintenance people had been maintaining all this well. We were WRONG. A knowledgeable friend in the construction business recommended we call ********************* to make several repairs in anticipation of getting our place on the market. This may be the best advice we have received in years. He is very professional: inspections were thorough, estimates were ready, and the job worked like clockwork. We were informed in advance of start times and/or delays. The crew started at the crack of **** and worked through till after dark. They were polite, never caused an inconvenience and cleaned up behind themselves. Thankfully, there was no damage to the landscaping around the perimeter.
