    I phoned Thomas Carroll's Roofing Repairs after looking at his ratings on BBB.I was not displeased in the service. He came out the next day to give an inspection, explained everything very well, and having had some experience in understanding roofing, I felt he explained things well, and was contracted to do the work. He used some shingles I had on hand. Between the rain, illnesses, and family deaths, we managed to complete the job and I'm very happy with the work. I have a flat beadboard ceiling on my front porch, which was leaking from the roof. I feel I avoided a huge expense by having a knowledgeable person and crew fix the issues. Highly recommend this company.

    I called Thomas ********* for an inspection of my roof. He came the same day to inspect the roof and gave me a report on the maintenance/repairs that were needed. We agreed upon the work and the price and he came the next morning to complete the work. I found him to be honest, expeditious, and thorough. I recommend this company for roofing work.

    The owners son, ***********************, attempted to over price a roofing job for my husband and I in July 2023, then he became upset because he could not rush us into giving him the job. He is doing his fathers legacy a great disservice. I would advise anyone to research before agreeing to do business with the son.
