    I bought cheerleader pants and a wicking 1/4 pullover through an online pop-up site for my daughter. The order was placed and paid on 11/24/2022. The order number was *********. I paid $52.68. I ordered a large cause that is the size my child generally wears in clothes. However, the pants were so big, they went to her neck. The pullover fit her like a dress. When I emailed the company to ask for a refund or exchange, they told me they didn't do returns or exchanges and that the pop up link clearly stated that. However, no sizing guidance was given on the pop up site. I was told I could order the correct size for an additional charge.

    Please see attached screen shots , the opening page stated no exchanges or returns could be made. Also , please see the sizing.png photos , all items had the youth and adult size listed on the page , this customer did not look at the sizing chart that was provided when she was ordering. And there fore she ordered the wrong size for her child. We clearly stated on our web page that things could not be returned , and also provided sizing for the items being ordered.     I am rejecting this response because: My issue was not resolved. I will gladly do an exchange for the correct size but I will not pay a dollar more to this business.
