    2nd Complaint! I have contacted Tierra several times she keeps giving me false information and giving me the runaround. She had me pay for a service I never recieved and everytime I'm able to reach her every couple of months she lies to me and tells me she completed the service. When I contact the *** they tell me nothing was sent to them. This company is scamming out your money charging you ridiculous fees and making you pay for services you didn't ask for. I had audit protection that she had me pay for then I got audited and she said she took care of it and sent what she needed to the Irs and that was a lie. Then I called her out on her lies and she said she will see what happened and I been emailing, texting and calling and she ghosted me again. I'm tired of the run around I want my money back for the services!

    I referred 6 ppl and never got my referral payout I have reached out several times and now the my Emails are being returned and I emailed ************************* she said she would be in contact about my tax payments one for 125 and one for *******************************************************************************************************************************************************************

We went back and forth how she doesnt have information and she sent it so its there and she is just the middle person. I became so irate due to the lies and non help I asked for the owner-she advised me ***** her boss is who I would need to speak with owner could not help me as she already spoke with him and advised her to tell me to wait. I called ***** at the company number and she answered and I told her everything as written above she advised me she was traveling and about to board a plane but will call me after gets off flight and will call to see if paperwork was sent off and verify the right bank info since I still had not received the paper copy of my taxes still. I called ***** that afternoon and asked if had verified at which she advised me that taxes were sent overnight by receptionist 6/14 and was verified received. She advised to she called corporate and verified the bank information was on the originals with their office turned in. As of 8/10/2022 I still can not verify my taxes with the *** they state nothing received and still do not have my paper tax copies. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY-THEY ARE AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If they tried to resolve: no- I spoke to a mgr but never followed back and no way they could verify done. So yes she cared that moment and no never finished or made sure done and still not
