      Amazing software with top tier customer service. This is the only company that I've worked with since 2019 and I do not see that changing any time in the future.

They absolutely put it in your hands to win with full support, training, customer support, troubleshooting, access, and much more. Great place to start and gain the experience and knowledge of just how big a tax firm can be.

At our company, we strive to provide top-notch support and service to all of our customers. You joined our company 6 years ago in 2018 and have renewed with us year after year. To our knowledge, we have always had a pretty good working relationship with you. Upon reviewing our records, we were surprised to see your feedback as we had not received any complaints from you prior to May 2nd when you called in with an issue regarding one of policies. We promptly reached out to you to address your concerns via phone on May 2nd and May 3rd to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we were not able to reach you nor did we receive a response from you but instead saw your feedback.While we understand your frustration regarding a policy that has been in place since your initial membership with us, we believe it is important to address the fact that your statement do not trust this business lacks any substantiated evidence. Over the years, we have strived to provide you with excellent service and have always been responsive to your needs. Furthermore, we are not sure what we have done to be deemed untrustworthy as nothing was provided to substantiate that claim. We do however want to apologize again for any inconvenience or frustration the matter may have caused. Thank you
