    I was diagnosed with valley fever several years ago, and was put on medication to resolve the symptoms. Valley fever is never completely cured, and can come back with the same symptoms that may require additional treatment. Some time in mid to late April 2025, I began having "flu like symptoms" that also mimic the same symptoms as valley fever. A blood test is required to analyze whether the valley fever has returned. After a couple of weeks of the same symptoms, I decided it was beneficial to get tested for valley fever. I contacted ******* for the specific purpose of having a doctor prescribe the valley fever blood test. This is also described in the teledoc provider summary which is attached. After a 45 second conversation, we ended the call with the provider explaining that under my "account", she wasn't able to provide the blood test referral I was seeking, and our call ended. There was no service provided by the teledoc doctor. I was then charged $65 for the visit. I've tried calling teledoc to dispute the charges, but they have no formal dispute process. Its basically they hear your story and then say dispute denied. I am seeking a refund of $65 as there were no services provided. This is actually the 2nd time I have had this issue with the same company. The last time I did not dispute or file any complaint.
