    Mar. 6, 2019 I purchased 4 ** ******** tires, which included free tire rotation/spin *********** thought included road hazard because all that is worked into the cost of the tires. Dec. 30, 2019, I waited for my truck as they rotated the tires & received their receipt of no charge. My mistake today, Nov. 14, 2024, was not bringing my truck in for tire rotation because **** Tire would not have gotten away with telling me what they told my husband when he brought my truck in at 7:38 am. My husband showed the tire purchase receipt & the 12/2019 free rotation/balance receipt to the manager, & told him that there was a nail in the back right tire & the tires needed rotation/balance. The manager looked at the 2 receipts, handed the receipts back, & replied, "No.....No" which my husband understood to mean that there was no longer covered tire *************** hazard repair. He did not write up a ticket on my truck, he told my husband they only had 1 bay open, & it would be 3 or 4 hrs. before they could get to it. My husband noted there was just 1 customer before him. A customer came in after my husband, & the manager wrote up a ticket on that vehicle. Believing he would have to pay for both the *************** hazard repair since he was told "no" plus having to wait over 4 hrs. before he would get my truck home, my husband left & drove to **********, ** to ****** Tire for a $60 rotation/balance & $75 to remove nail & repair tire, all done in 35 min. I called & spoke to the manager at **** Tire who told me rotation was still free, but not road hazard as this was not covered in 2019. This was not conveyed to my husband, just the "no...no" response. All the manager had to do was tell my husband "YES" rotation is covered, but there would be a charge for road hazard. That would have saved us $60.

    ***** ****. I did speak to Mrs ***** about this.  Her husband came in thinking he had road hazard coverage which he did not. I explained to him that road hazard was not covered . He thought that meant we would not rotate at no charge and left the property.  All tires we sell come with free rotation only.  Mrs ***** seemed satisfied when I told her rotation was free but repair was not. It was a couple of months ago.

    I am rejecting this response because: My husband did believe we had free road hazard repair when he came into **** Tire. He showed the receipt of when we purchased the tires & told Mr. **** that 1. There was a nail/screw in the back right tire. 2. The tires needed to be rotated & spin balanced. Mr. **** looked at receipt & responded verbally, "No, no." & nothing beyond that & handed the receipt back to my husband.  Mr. **** said there was only one bay that had service techs working at that time & it would be several hours before they would be able to service my truck. My husband noted that there was one customer ahead of him. Other customers came in after my husband & Mr. **** wrote up work tickets for all except my husband. My husband considered that with no work ticket written for him, the "no, no" response, the "several hours" time frame; it was pointless to stay at **** Tire & he did not have 8 hrs. to devote to sitting at ************* as more customers may arrive & have work tickets written up for them. This is why he left.
