    This illegal company hiding under the names of Superior Towing is illegally towing peoples cars without complying with the law. ***** is about to come down on their flat eyes head like a ton of bricks. The public should know so they can come forward to handle the business.

    We at Superior Towing follow all guidelines set forth by the *************** and the ******************. Superior Towing is owned by the parent company Absolute Towing & Recovey LLC. There are active and current business licences for both companies. As for the claim of ilegal it is false.In our contracts with property owners both companies are allowed to do tows on the properties. As for the statement of the customer we dont understand most of it. We have responded to the parts we could understand. Thank you.

    My vehicle has been held at this facility for over a week and no one would answer my calls during business hours. The business card information doesn't match the information when you call in. I believe this towing company intentionally held my vehicle to charge more storage fees.

    The custowers vehicle was towed via the ******* police **** due to an accident. The customer states that we over charged. Our prices are set by the city. As far as our company not answering the phone. We find that hard to believe as we have operators 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Thank you for your time.

    I am rejecting this response because: I called several times during the stated business hours and left voice messages. I didn't get an answer, nor was my calls returned, or voice messages responded to. I personally came up to the office during business hours and no one was there. Representatives at my insurance company, my legal team, and my friends, also called and didn't get an answer or responce after leaving a voicemail. The insurance company was finally able to reach the company over two weeks after the vehicle had been towed.
