    On July 29 2024, I reported to work as I normally do and parked my vehicle on the street in front of my place of employment as I normally do.When I got off work I noticed that my vehicle was gone. Upon contacting the police department I was told that B&B Towing was the one who towed it. (Towing Companies are Required to now notify Police of what they tow)Upon inquiry as to why my vehicle was towed, ***** ****** with B&B Towing laid the claim that the spot where I was parked on the *********** was the property of **********************************************, and that they had an agreement to tow any vehicles parked there. Turned out that after verifying with the ************************* and ****************************************************, this was a total lie. **************************************************** assured me that they had no such agreement in place with B&B Towing, and They didn't even understand why B&B Towing was falsely using their name while illegally towing vehicles off a city street with no authorization from anyone. They have apparently been doing this for quite some time. They are using the loophole that there are no parking signs in that area, but the only problem is that this is ONLY ENFORCEABLE BY *************************. I spoke with a Sergeant and ********** Who verified that they had not taken such actions, and that B&B Towing was illegal in this rogue Towing Action, because local City ordinances clearly state that they have to have written authorization by the CITY Authorities to remove a vehicle from a City street.They also illegally charged me $225 for the tow when City ordinances clearly only allow a maximum of $125 to be charged for a tow when it's legit, but of course this wasn't legit, but instead illegal. Would like for my $225 to be refunded to me, or else I will move ahead with an attorney for legal action.

    B&B Towing does not tow vehicles without prior authorized consent. Again B&B Towing is authorized by the property agent to remove vehicles that are impeding access to their driveway. Have a blessed day.
