On Sept 3, 2024, I, along with my husband ***** ****** and sister ****** *******, went to the said address to retrieve her vehicle. We were told that the vehicle was towed to that address by the owner and would have to pay $188. Upon arrival, we were told $550 for towing and $100 for keep reprogramming. After my husband asked why was it a now different price, we were then charged on $200 for towing. This was all a set up. When we got there, the doors were unlocked. We opened all 4 doors and tried to turn the vehicle on. It would not start because the keys were not inside the vehicle. We searched the entire truck and trunk but no keys. Once we closed all doors, the truck beeped to let us know that it was locked. After being told we could pay $200 by card, they then said cash only and to go to the nearby atm. When we got back and paid the $200, we waited over 30mins for the locksmith and kept being told hes on his way. My husband then asked how would the locksmith reprogram the key if the doors are locked. Mr **** then said that he could get into the vehicle and that the key is probably inside the truck. We argued with him and told him that the trucked locked once we closed the doors earlier. He said no. We pulled on all doors again but this time the drivers door was unlocked. We pushed the started and the truck came on. We immediately jumped into the car and droves off and went to a nearby ***** plant to search for the keys. The keys were then inside of the trunk. Mr. **** is acquaintance with *********** *******, who my sister recently met, and he stole the truck from my sister house and they were working together to get the money from us. The horn lake police were called to my sister home. They are aware of everything that went on. I would like help reporting this business, this scam, and possibly getting my $200 back.

I received a call for a tow from (I'm assuming from *********** *******) to pick up the vehicle and brought it back to my place of business. The reason for the tow was Mr. ******* stated he had lost the key and needed to get back to ********  Once back in *******, Mr. ****** stated that his girlfriend will pay for the tow which was $550.00.  This price included mileage to and from ************** and a no key fee.  After few hours of back and forth; I learned that this was a domestic dispute. Unfortunately, I got mixed up in a domestic dispute; I had to get paid for my gas and time.  So, I charged $200.00 because she said that's all she had. As far as keys being in the car, when I checked it was not.  The claimant left a few times and came back; I'm not for sure if she went and got a spare key or not. I just know she check the car when she first came and no key detected; left and came back a key was detected.  Why would she check the car again for a key.  Furthermore, why the vehicle owner not making this complaint.

I am rejecting this response because: that is not the truth. We left to go get the money. Came back, after being told that we could use cashapp, the lady then said we couldnt use cashapp and told us where to go for the **** We came back with cash and was told a locksmith was coming. Locksmith never came. My husband then asked **** how would a locksmith get in if the vehicle is locked. He said that he can get it but its probably unlocked. My husband told him no its not unlocked and proceeded to show him. Upon pulling on the door, it was then unlocked again and the keys were in the truck. We also have filed a civil suit and will acquire video footage because *********** call with BoBos employee on the phone with him, saying that he can replay the cameras etc and we do have them on recording while they were talking. Furthermore, I made the complaint because IM THE ONE WHO PAID THE $200!

    Sincerely,

I would like to say that I did not do any business with the complainant.  She is the sister of the person I was dealing with.  She is a third party.  She was never on the premises.

I am rejecting this response because: I was definitely on the premises and it was me and my husband that drove her. Again, my lawyer has the recording of his worker and ***** when they called us back after I had ***** vehicle towed. Im not going back and forth. Civil court will definitely handle it. We definitely have all the proof to back up the lies. And his worker said that he could rolled the cameras back to show that no one placed the key in the truck, I WILL BE SEEN ON THE CAMERA AT HER TRUCK AS WELL AS MINES.
Thanks and I will see all parties in court with MY PROOF.

    Sincerely,

    ******** ******
