  I've called them over 40 times about my car and no one is answering. They towed my car for absolutely no reason

  This is the worst towing company. I have. 2012 Chrysler 200 that was towed due to no decal from ************* Apartments on 05/19/2024 at sometime that night. After visiting a friend I walked to the leasing office where my car was parked correctly and it was not there. When I called SUPERIOR at 10 that night I was told I was towed because I didnt have a parking decal. So I asked about getting my vehicle back, I was told by the receptionist that I would have to wait til Monday 05/20/2024 to retrieve my vehicle. As I stated before, I was visiting a friend and I do not stay there. Superior has affected my pay for 05/20/2024 at work because my car was sitting in their lot and not outside my house. Once I got to Superior at opening which is 9 am, I was told that I had to pay 225 when my car was towed less than 24 hours ago. It seems like this company only can get business if the troll and tow cars for unreasonable reasons. Superior needs to make sure that Apartments notify all residents of parking guidelines. Several cars were parked in any parking spot without parking decals. They towed my car months before and this is the 2nd time. This is the most money hungry company I have ever seen. If I wasnt forced to put the one star, it wouldnt be there.

  They have been taken people cars in apartment complex for expired tags.my apartment manager have already said they do not suppose to be over there.they do not have gate code access.Theres nothing in the lease says you cannot have expired tags.This practice is illegal and should be investigated.

  they towed a car illegally from apartment complex. The apartments did not request the tow. They also damaged the car while doing this. They refuse to accept responsibility and just said oh well. Asked to speak to manager and repeatedly said he is not available. The drivers are armed and threatening people when asking questions about the tow. This place needs to be investigated.

  According to the ************ Ordinance, if the vehicle owner shows up after the vehicle is on the truck, "the vehicle shall not be towed, but the owner shall be liable for a fee not to exceed $45." I was charged $120 and have receipt of payment. My car never left the parking lot I payed in cash. Date 11-12-23 from Addison ********** 2023 ********** Rav 4.

  I spoke with someone 9/27 about picking up my belongings 9/30 and was told I would need to be there by between 9am & 11am to pick up my belongings from a vehicle that was towed from an apartment complex. I was told that everything was in storage so they will have to call someone down to take me to get it so it may be better to come Monday-Friday instead of between ****am on Saturday 9/30. I called Friday, 09/29, and was told that my vehicle was JUST sent to auction and they no longer had the belongings that i just spoke with them about 2 days ago. I asked why no one said anything about an auction date when I spoke with them previously and I was not given an answer. The employee refused to even check with her coworkers and pretended to not know who she works with as if there are 100 people working in this local office. The tow was already shady to begin with. My vehicle was towed because I wasnt in a visitors spot, even though there were no visitor spots available. There was another vehicle that did not have a parking sticker parked directly beside mine (not a visitors spot) that had a flat tire, and a busted window, that had been abandoned in the complex for over 2 weeks and the driver for superior towing had personally been told about that vehicle two days prior and said he would be coming to get it. Instead of towing the clearly abandoned and damaged vehicle, mine was towed. No need to dispute the tow because my vehicle was not parked in a visitors spot, but how are tows being determined when an abandoned and damaged vehicle is allowed to stay parked in a none visitors spot for weeks directly beside the vehicle they towed? It seems as if they thought they would get money from towing my vehicle because its clear no one wanted the other one. The abandoned vehicle did not get towed until someone took the tags off of it so the tow company had no choice. So, its not a matter of a vehicle cause an issue, its what the tow company THINKS they can get out of it.

  Rude, scam artists & bad business! They tow within apartment complexes as if paying rent isnt hard enough!

  On Saturday November 26 my car was towed from the Eagles Landing Apartment because said I was parked on the street. I had to run after him to explain I was getting g groceries out of my car. He says because no trunk was opened or windows down I was park. I have been luvving in apartment for 10 plus years no problem. Call the sheriff he says the have no jurisdiction. Then the tow man says he could let me get my car because my son asked him where the signs to say no parking he was towing my car. They only sign says no trucks. I know they are scammers. Went to pick car up there were several other people from different apartments that had their car towed the same day. He says the apartment has a contract with them to tow cars that are parked illegally.

  Want to leave a zero this company is a scam had my son vehicle towed August ******************************************************************* the apartment facility rented from Airbnb that said we can park in the back of the facility if disabled we were at at function only a few hours went out the car had been towed and they charged $155 to get back after we explained what was told to us they said we had to have a permit with the complex we rented from said we could they said they had a contract with them so we still trying to contact apartments I think they are both in it together for the money even when we picked up the car you can see the tag plain as day and after they they tried to state it was only 2 spaces in the back to park for disabled on the lot but they had just said on the residence this happened on south front street downtown
