    ******** ************ reached out to Whites Wrecker Service on 09/06/23 due to my tire coming off my vehicle and I needed a tow home. The driver arrived and began loading my vehicle on the wrecker while loading I noticed that pieces from my fender began to snap off. Officer ******** was still on scene and suggested I reach out to the owner the next day regarding the mishandling of my vehicle. I reached out to the towing service yesterday and the owner told me to send him the pictures before and after my vehicle was loaded and that he would speak with his driver when he came in at 3pm. I never received a call back so I contacted the company again today at 11:30am cst. I was originally speaking with the owner however he passed the phone to the driver who tried explaining that he was not responsible for any damages and that it had already occurred before he even came due to my tire coming off. There were minor damages but not to the extent that they are now. My fender is currently on the ground and has to be replaced completely due to the pieces that the driver snapped off while loading my vehicle. I have attached photos of before and after

    I was parking my car inside of my apartment until the tow truck driver was saying he was going to tow my car and two more which is an Infiniti if it has a drive out I had a parking pass in my car and my driveout was updated so I end up parking it on the street so it won't get towed it end up getting total and why it was park on the street now I'm out of a car couldn't get it fix so it was total I send in pictures of how it looked

    In March 20 sometime that night my car was unlawfully illegally towed from in front of my apartments Mr ******************** claim it was for my tags been out not a legitimate excuse been that my car was in front of my residence now Im been charged 155 plus the cost of a tow truck of 100 to get my car back to my residence

    "The car was towed for expired tags per the apartments tow guidelines. This information is in the tenants lease agreement and also a possible mailer was given to the tenants. The consumer will have to directly speak to front office. Reasons for towing would be...no hang tag, expired tags, faulty vehicles, abandoned vehicles, etc.

    My vehicle was towed to their storage facility. I came the next morning to remove my person items and found that my ******* was not in the vehicle. This was reported to the owner who assured me he would ask the tow driver and get back with me. 24 hours later I have not been contacted about my missing personal property.

    My 2022 white 4runner was towed from Student ********************* on ****** Ave by Whites Wrecker **** on September 7, 2022 around 11:46AM. When I retrieved my vehicle, after paying $155 cash only, it was not in the same condition as before it was towed. One of the metal loops connected to the hitch used for connecting safety hooks was completely broken. The metal piece is ripped from the hitch and it sticking out away from my vehicle. I just purchased this vehicle this year and have never towed anything with it. I have attempted to bend the metal back but it is impossible.
