    Ordered these tires for my ATV, used them for 4 WEEKS and they are already bald. Advertisement claims to be puncture and abrasion resistant. Clearly, they are fabricating lies on their advertisement to make more sales. They refused to refund me the cost and gave no reason except that they dont give refunds. It is not legal to make claims of great quality and then when you are shown proof that they dont stand up to your claims refused to refund.

    I purchased tires from Libra Tires from the ******* Online website. They were advertised as 6 ply rated, but when I received the tires, they are actually 4 ply on the face, and 2 ply on the sidewall. I have been trying to get them returned since they first day they were delivered. I have received nothing but excuses, since 09/25/2023.

    We have sent the customer return labels for his purchase multiple times.  We have never refused the return but he has not sent them back.  We have made several attempts to call the customer but his voicemail is full and there is no answer.  We are happy to resolve this with a full refund once the tires are returned to our facility.  All the customer has to do is print the return labels we provided and attached here and drop them off at the nearest ***** drop off location.  We can even help by scheduling a pickup for him if he would give us a call.  Please have the customer reach out to me Monday- Thursday ***** CST so I can resolve this for him. Thank you, ******

    I am rejecting this response because: The vendor made ever effort to come up with excuses NOT to be reimbursed for a DEFECTIVE product. I want a full refund! 

    The record of this business precedes itself. Hundreds of documented complaints of the exact same issue are found in a multitude of sites.

    I do apologize if the customer felt that he was not being treated properly. The customer did order on 3/16/23 a new heavy all steel ST235/80R16 14PR Radial Tire via our Amazon store.  He reached out to us on 9/27 via Amazon, called our store and emailed one of our customer service reps which I have attached.  The wear to the tire shown in the pictures is due to overinflating the tire.  Our warranty does not cover overinflated wear on tires.  Our warranty is limited, stated on our storefronts and we are unable to accept returns or refund for products used over 90 days.  We did as you can see in the Amazon messages offer him a discount on a new tire, he never acknowledged this and instead suggested we were scamming him.  When he called our store on 9/29 he was very irate and used foul language with our warranty rep and customer service team leader.  She then stated she was going to end the call due to the nature of the call. He later sent the email to one of customer service reps again using derogatory language.  This is when we stopped all communication with this customer.

    Order was not received and ***** states he delivered it. I received no knock or buzz from security. They state item was delivered, but nothing was where proof of delivery stated. Driver would need to of been let in to get to the spot he states item was delivered. Yet, driver still didn't knock on my door or leave it at my door. Driver states he left it in the vestibule, or entry. Nothing was where proof of delivery states.

    The buyer has been refunded in full due to ***** not delivering the tires to the correct location. We had to wait for ***** to investigate the claims and get back to us before we could make a decision on how to handle this situation.
