  This man is taking money from people for a X-ray instructional program with the hopes you will get a x-ray licenses. The program was an online program that was going to be completed within 6 weeks, he drug it out for months then made me take a 4 hour exit exam that had over 700 hundred questions, that I did Quite well on and then said I was not ready to take the State boards. on the Exit Exam there were 38 different test with some being 100 questions some 50 questions each and then some ***** questions each I will upload the test scores to show you how he scammed me. I do not know if I was being targeted, but there were other students there testing that day and they did not have as many test as I did nor take 4 hours to test. He took over a **** dollars and I know I am not the only one. Now I have to pay another program to take the course all over again. The new program I have spoke with has stated they get many students from this mans fake course and are well prepared for their class due to him scamming them. I also want to add when taking the fake exit exam I had to bring a money order made out to limited scope testing for $150 and was made to make it out to Limited scope testing and now have no way of cashing it out because he forced me to make it out to them. I will also upload text messages from him stating I will have to retake the exit exam.

  The first allegation  re: fake is false.  We have been an approved ****** of *********** since May **** for the ******************.  To confirm this  we are listed on the ****************** website **.gov

  This person was registered for our classes by her employer.  Her class fees were paid by her employer, not this person. Previously, her Employer, Memphis Lung Physicians had sent 4 of their select employees for the same courses as this person. All 4 were required to take the Exit Exams, performed as specified in the well known policies, took the State Licensing Exams successfully and became licensed to lawfully perform CHEST ***********.  Regarding delay, there were numerous delays by this person blamed on her responsibilities to her employer.  It seems she could only study if her employer allowed work time to study which has never been an issue that has arisen in our long tenure.

  Regarding grades:  This and all other students are made aware of the requirements to make at least '94' on every(every) one of the Exit Exam.  At first glance, this may seem a bar set too high but not after one finds that the Exit Exams were given to the student months ago AS WELL AS THE ANSWERS to all of the questions and given months to study.  As with all reputable schools, just because you register, pay fees DOES NOT MEAN YOU WILL PASS OR BE SUCCESSFUL. She on several occasions mentioned that her math and spelling skills were not good,  by her own confession.

  The fee amount stated to be provided to be sent to Limited Scope Testing, a company handles the licensing arrangements for the ****************** was $125.00 not $150.00.   When she indicated she did not wish to continue and wanted the $125 money back, we immediately labeled an envelope with her address, put the money order in it, and sent our via the **** in the next day's mail.  She apparently received it because she has not called.

  We must mention that we have received abusive, profane, street language threats via text, phone harassment as well.  We suspect these came from someone involved with her since some the same language was used.  We filed a police report regarding these threats.  

  All correspondence with this person as well the suspected threat as well as abusive bodily threat are documented.

  We believe the origin of this complaint comes from the fact that previous employees from this clinic excelled while she has not measured up.  She could have retaken the Exit Exams and certainly improved her scores.

  Given a longer time to respond we could have provided exact details.

  The refund was to be sent back to my employer, so me and the other staff could use another program. Unfortunately this man has not only accused me of not watching his videos or studying his material he is now in fact accusing me of harassing him on the phone. If that did in fact happen it goes to show you he not only treated my class mates and myself bad he treated other people bad. Whether or not he sends the refund, I want to bring awareness to other people to please do research before choosing a program. I was lucky my organization paid for it but poor innocent people may not have had that option. Now that he is trying to accuse and drag my name in the ground over untrue accusations and from what he wrote you can truly see how great of a teacher he really was! Stating things I have said about spelling and math when I went to the person who was the INSTRUCTOR, who is suppose to build your confidence only tore me down the Entire process.
