    This is by far the worst public transportation a civilian can use. Its too cold to be waiting on a bus thats coming every 2 hours. Some days its 2 buses but most days its only 1 bus running. I dont understand whats going on with their system but it needs to be fixed. You cant make a complaint because the lines are busy or the vmail is too full. So there is basically nothing we can do to get the issue resolved. I have been making complaints since the summer of 2024 and the same issue happens just about every other day.

    I was waiting on the 57 bus on Park Ave around 7:45p.m. on November 21,2023, an older black gentleman with gray and black short afro hair with glasses was driving down the street at about 50 or 55 miles per hour and I am waiting on the bus. This man almost hit me then when he came to a stop I made him aware I was trying to catch the bus. This dumb unprofessional man took off again at high speed. This is sickening and I wouldn't recommend noone to ride if you don't have too.Memphis need a whole new Mata bus staff. This man needs to be fired without pay that was unacceptable and could have had a bad ending.
