      I placed a order with ******************* through freight quote on 8/4/2022. Order #**********. It was to pick up an item from sunbelt in MD and bring it to **. It was set to be picked up on 8/10/2022. I noticed on 8/11 it was not picked up so I called CH and they said the driver was running behind and would come 8/11. On 8/12 I got a notification of no freight. I call ******* and they said no one had been there. I call CH and tell them to make sure to pick the item up on 8/15 and if they have any problems to call me. They never pick it up on 8/15 and ******* said no one came. I called CH again and they said they would set it back up for 8/16 and I told them please call me if you have any problems and get your paperwork signed from sunbelt if they say they don't have freight. on 8/16 CH said there was not freight to pick up but never called me or got anything signed and ******* said they never came. On 8/16 I email *************************** at CH and ************************** trying to figure out what is really going on and no one ever responded. I need my item pick up and delivered to me and if any storage fees are incurred I expect to be reimbursed. If you do go to sunbelt and they tell you there is no fright give me a call while you are there at ************ and I will get it taken care of.
