    Andrews tree service was cutting down my Neighboors tree and asked to park a truck on my yard. What really happened was they took advantage of me working 24hr shifts as a fireman and used a crane from my yard to remove the tree. He assured me he would fix the damages but instead hasnt returned any calls or texts and Im stuck with 2k pluss in damages.

    I manage/own a property @ *************************************************************************************** I had hired Andrews Tree Service after back-to-back storms took out several Tree on our property. At the same time a neighbor came over to say one of my trees had fallen from my property into his back yard. I introduced ****** to the neighbor and agreed to allowing access thru my pasture to his tree. I told both parties that this was access only and that I did not want anything left on my property. ****** was hired by this man and cut down several large trees and put the trees at the road on my property. At the time ****** knew that the ******************** would not remove the trees cut down by a third party, as he was with me when I called about my own trees. I've tried to get ****** to haul off this man's trees for over 4 weeks with no success. He is no longer answering my phone calls, text or ********** noticed he does not have his last name or a full accurate address on his estimate. At this point I'm facing possible fine from the ******************** if the trees are not removed. So, I have no chose but hire an Attorney & try to find ******.Regards,***************** Property Manager
