Hired Chop Chop Tree Service to limb and top a pine tree in our backyard. They came out and topped the tree and left. Did not complete the limbing process. *****, the supervisor on site told me that "once the tree was topped the rest is easy." He also said that he had "two more coming" to help finish up. He knew that he was not done. He left to go check on something and the worker in the tree came down out of the tree and the other two continued removing what had been cut from the tree. A little later I looked out and they had all of their ropes taken down from the tree and rolled up. After awhile ***** returned alone and the were leaving. I got them to return to the tree and they removed 2 lower limbs. I called the next day to express my dissatisfaction with ***** and he said that he was to busy to return last week to finish the job. I have heard nothing from him since. I have called him twice more but he does not answer, His cell phone would show missed calls. I paid $2,450.00 for less than 5 hours of incomplete work. I want the work completed as discussed with ***** before the job was agreed upon.

Tell us why here.1st we do not charge by how many people we have on site and or before we complete a service. The deal was to top down the pine of 50 ft high close to the power lines and remove 2-3 limbs away from service line and hauled of debris which we did . We asked the client when job was completed  if he was satisfied with what was done customer said yes and paid. On the 3rd day after the service customer called back and said more limbs needed to be removed. We had done what we had agreed on . Any other request would be additional price. We are a professional service and don't ever give an estimate on how fast or homany people would take to complete a service

I am rejecting this response because: The original email sent to them stated limbing of the tree and possible topping. When I saw the estimate I expected that we were being set up.

    Sincerely,
