      I made a deal with this dealership to buy a used truck and my offer was accepted and I want to pay it cash or financed.. pulled my credit with different banks including this dealershipAnd after all process was done they told me that the truck is sold to someone else ..I have all the proofs and going to take help of court..And when I asked them if they have any other matching truck they were trying to sell me another one exactly the same with 10 thousand more miles on it So now I have to buy exactly the same truck for the same price with lot more miles on it because I dont have a time to shop around..But I want to get help from court to get my credit back from this dealership

      Where to start. Tag truck center in ******************* is absolutely taking peoples money they had our truck for two weeks cost us over 10,000$ in repair and lost wages Took them a week to diagnose the failure to start and fix the problem. The resolution was a conversation from 3 filer system to a two filter system. While that was being fixed we called to check on the process was informed the water pump was bad, we gave the go ahead to fix that. That is a 4-5 hour job. They informed us the water pump was in stock. The next day truck still was not fixed. Was told they were waiting on the parts but was told the day before they had the part. The part was in stock While they were working on the water pump they called ( the only time anyone called) telling us the battery was bad. We told them to fix the water pump and we have extra batteries at home we would replace them ourselves. And have the truck ready Saturday cause we were coming to pick it up. We are an owner operator and live an hour away. We get there Saturday at 12:30. Go in to pay. The bill went from ***** from what we were quoted to *****. We brought it up they wanted us to wait till Monday to pay our bill I disagreed and told them I am paying before I leave with the truck. I went to pay and for some reason 3 credit card wasnt going through. So I paid with a check. Get to my personal vehicle. Called all 3 card companies. Was informed there was no reason it should not have went through. My husband goes to start the truck the key was left on. The battery cover was gone had to go find it. Tech jumped im the truck off. When it started there were codes. Was told when he parked it at 8:15 RUNNING there wasnt codes but yet it showed on the *** when the codes came up. They cleared the codes. I just want to warn everyone about this company its just ripping people off. We will NEVER take our truck back to tag. *** is the only one who was informative and helpful.
