My dog ****** who is 16 had surgery on Friday, January 17 in the evening and they did a neuter and a biopsy of a mass. They were checking to see if it was cancerous. They did bloodwork that I paid for and an x-ray to make sure that he was good that it hadnt spread as far as they can tell All of this was great, but then over the weekend when they were closed, I noticed that my dogs appetite was decreasing steadily so I called upthere on when I opened this morning and today is the 20th and I left my name number message and they said that they would get back to then I called up there apparently it was during their lunchtime where theyre closed from 12:30 to 1:30 so I left a message. Well, Icalled up in the afternoon cause I never heard back from him and then She hung up on me. The lady hung up when she szid she was going to find out something and I had to call back up a 4 th time. she said that I would just have to simply wait until someone was available to call me. I wastrying to get them to give me a prescription that so my dog would be hungry and eat and regain his strength back because Im still hes gonna die because hes decided he doesnt wanna eat anymore And Ive tried all kinds of foods and everything with him so she was not answering my questions and just telling me I would have to and theres nothing they can do so at that point Im hysterically upset because this is my dog were talking about so she you know I got offthe phone but before I got the phone, I did call her a b**** because I was talking to the receptionist and she hung up on and she never been giving me the runaround all day. I mean, I only been calling since the place opened in the morning and never got any results oranything said to me or anything done done for this problem and then she told me that they couldnt see me anymore and that they would send my medical records.they are refusing to finish jus care and check up. On January 17, 2025, Ms. ***** brought her dog ****** in for surgery.  Ms. ***** had made multiple appointments over 2 months and canceled them.  At the time of surgery, the mass that was to be removed, was too invasive because months had gone by.  The Surgeon spoke with Ms. ***** and explained that we could do the neuter but we were only going to do a punch biopsy of the mass, she agreed and we continued the surgery.  On January 20, Ms. ***** called and said that ****** would not eat and she was told to bring ****** in, at that time she refused and wanted a call back, she also was being verbally abusive towards the receptionist..  She was explained that it was a Monday and that the ***'s are in surgery and had appointments all day that it would be in the best interest of ****** to bring him in, again she refused.  Later that day, she called again and the person that answered was the Office Manager.  The Office Manger told her again that it would better to bring ****** in since he had not eaten in a couple of days.  At this point Ms. ***** began to scream and yell in the phone and said she was not going to bring ****** ********* Again, she was explained that there is nothing we can do over the phone, if the dog has not eaten in a couple days, there may be something serious going on and that we needed to see him.  At this point, she began to call the Office Manager a F-ing B**** and hung up.  The office manager called her back and told her that Berclair Animal Hospital does not put up with abusive behavior towards any employee and that we would send her the records so she could see another *** since she did not want to bring him here.  The office Manger E-mailed her the records.  About 30 Minutes later, another clinic in town called and requested the records.  The following week, Ms. ***** called and wanted the results of the biopsy.  We explained to her that it takes 7-10 business days to receive and though she was going somewhere else, that the Surgeon would call her.  She said she understood and would wait for the call.   Ms. ***** was also asked if ****** was doing better and Ms. ***** said that he was doing great.  The very next day, she started calling more than 4 times daily and was being very rude and mean to whom ever answered the phone.  As soon as we got the results back, the surgeon called Mississippi State to get a referral for ******. The Surgeon called MS. ***** with the results.  The surgeon explained that ****** has Cancer and would need to see an Oncologist.  The Surgeon spoke with Ms. ***** in depth and she said she understood.  The Surgeon told her we would send over the results along with a referral.  Ms. ***** said that was fine.  The Office Manger, then sent Ms. ***** all the paper work. At this point, I am not sure what she means by " finish the job".  She was sent the referral for an oncologist.
