    I received a flyer on my door during August of 2024, from Cordova Waste ******* 1076, Cordova TN ***** though your website states the address *******************. I called and they told me that service would actually be on Mondays and Thursdays and that I had to pay an additional fee for start up; so I paid $125.00 plus ***** to start the second week of October 2024. There have been over four no pickups and I have talked to the ***resentative at least 3 times about the service. There have been excuses like, we have new people or you must have not set it out in time, etc. So to make sure, I had to start setting the trash out a day ahead. I try to call, they either don't answer or keep putting the answering machine on. I leave all pertinent info and they don't return the call. Before I got the service; I asked did they have other customers in my neighborhood because I had only seen one other green receptacle that the neighbors no longer used. The *** assured me that they had other customers. When I talked to her on January 13th I asked what happened, another excuse. Then she sort of admitted that she had customers on ******** which is on the major street, not in the **************** Subdivision. I want a refund of at least 3/4 of my money back because they are not providing service as stated on their brochure or over the phone. It shouldn't be this hard to get your trash picked up or for them to at least call you back. Please help me to get a refund to go back to my old service which costs more; but at least they picked up the trash as stated. Thanks for your help, BBB.

    Cordova Waste did not contact me; but has been picking up the trash as they should, since you contacted them.  Thanks for your help.

    I hired Cordova Waste for residential waste service at my home on 08/31/2022. The service was supposed to start the next week with trash removal twice a week. I have received no service as of date. I have over 2 weeks of trash that has not been removed. I have contacted the company to inquire and was told I had the days wrong the first week but I have also not received any service this week I have. I have called several times and left a message regarding this issue, but received no response. I was assured that I would get service early this morning, but did not. My trash can has been at the curb this entire week and there has been no pick up any day thus far.
