    Titan fitness delivered the goods! I bought an X3 power rack main based on price and features. I had read some negative reviews online and so I was concerned but Titan was in my budget so I went for it. I had absolutely zero issues with the quality of the product, speed of shipping and customer service. Assembly went smoothly and all finishes were good. I did contact CS because I decided I didnt need x2 things in my order, although they requested I pay return shipping, they accepted the items no issues even though they were opened. I did NOT experience any of the negative issues I read about. I guess they learned and listed to their customers, well done!

    Ive bought fitness equipment from Titan Fitness on three separate occasions the past year . Each time they delivered as promise , from the service the promised delivery time and the quality of the equipment . That is all that I can ask for .

    I recommend Titan Fitness highly.I have bought many products from Titan Fitness throughout the years.Titan Fitness offers good quality products at reasonable prices, and its customer service department does a great job of remedying any problems, which is very rare from my experience.

    The worst customer service. they would not cancel order after 5 minutes. I raised a big stink. They said it already shipped . I cost me around a grand in restock

    I was looking to buy a plyo box to perform step *** and other lower body work. I checked Amazon but the ratings were terrible. I searched online for the top rated plyometric boxes, and Titan fitness was among the top rated. I received my box within a couple days of ordering, and the quality is excellent. I couldnt be more pleased with my purchase, especially considering that the price was comparable to what Amazon charges for a similar item. I plan to buy all of my gym equipment from Titan.

    Ive ordered twice from Titan Fitness and have been completely satisfied on both occasions. The packages each arrived ahead of schedule. The communication was good at every step of the way. And most importantly, the product quality is excellent. The company competes very well on price and their products are well made. Based on their performance so far, Ill certainly be back for additional purchases in the future.

    Shop no further!!I can't say enough good things about the Functiinal Trainer I purchased from Titan. I ordered this at 2p on a Thursday and it was delivered by ****a the NEXT DAY! By the next evening I had it fully assembled and in use.This product is extremely well-built and very easy to assemble. The instructions and video were very easy to follow.The product was packaged exceptionally well inside the shipping crate and there was no damage, not even a scratch.I'm extremely satisfied and glad I purchased from Titan!! You should too!!!
