  ******** customer service. Front desk workers were lazy and inattentive to details. The technicians broke the clips that hold the molding around the front windshield. They tried to hide it. After driving my car on the interstate the molding came off. I took the car back and they admitted it was their fault. They tried to send me out with puddy on the molding until the new piece came in. They ordered the molding and told me it would arrive In three days and it took three weeks. They did not call or offer any updates on why or when the part would be in.When I came in to finally get the molding installed, the technician stated that the side moldings were also damaged. Of course they said this was not their fault. Long story short - DO NOT USE **** Morris ************.

  Well FOLKS. I give this place an A1 10 out of 10 review.They were so helpful and so friendly. In our situation they had to order My windshield, the cost was better than anyone. And attention to detail was impeccable. And helping us find food and a hotel and other places we may have needed.***** and **** did such a great job. So despite the haters on here. I highly recommend this company that's located at the **************, ** location. This windshield has been put to the test with freezing temperatures and MASSIVE HARD POURING rain and wind that should have put strain on any car windshield and their work has held up perfectly...despite what they had to work with...my car is ****...dented roof line...warped front end...but it looks like a new car with what they installed. I DEEPLY APPRECIATE AND THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL YOUR TOP NOTCH SERVICE !

  Absolutely disappointing. I took my car to have the glass replaced back March They had to order a piece from Alfa ***** for my windshield. The piece came in a week ago. They have not been able to get the piece from the Alfa ***** dealer because the company credit card is not except it at the dealership. I even offered to pick up the piece myself and pay for it. They said I couldnt ************* **. Stopped in there today. They dont have a clue when they will when they will be able to get the piece from Alfa ***** dealer and fix my windshield and that is unacceptable.

  I was supposed to be charged $50 for an insurance claim and was over charged by $500 instead. I had to call over and over to get a refund. I still do not have a refund as of date. Excuses have included "sorry we couldn't call back or answer the phone, we were busy but we will get around to it."

  In ******* its been a lot of break ends so I called Hack Morris. ****** was very friendly told me they had to order window and it will be in soon, I placed the order, the window was fixed but the motor in the window kept going up and down. They tried to fix it but said the screws needed replaced. Tried to fix it again now all the motors in the windows is not working. Went for 1 window and none of them is working

  This location at **** Union in ******* carries an absolute terrible ratings for all locations. In order to get in touch with them you have to call other locations to connect. From the manager,staff, and repairmen, all are irresponsible, unreliable, and seem to not care or fo not know how to correct a window that will not roll up/down. We have taken our car to this location 4, charged each time.They supposed to be the expert's. They diagnosed wrong 4, charging labor which is half of total cost. It would not be so bad IF the window was fixed.Now yo date. The not only one window is out of order, but 3, plus the door will not lock. They made it WORST!. We are out of over $600.00 for nothing. We were t old again we need another part and to bring it back again, so they can charge us again more MONEY. NOT AGAIN!!! BE WARE. take your car to a reliable, responsible company. Save yourself TIME, MONEY, FRUSTRATION,RESPECT, and CARE.
