    I called them to have a windshield installed I was going to leave the money in the back seat because I don't have no credit okay I was running late for work they didn't supposed to be here between 12:00 and 3:00 well I come up for lunch they already had it installed so I ran to get them the money changed and they followed me to the store I gave him the money today I forgot to get a receipt and they didn't give me one if I come home this evening was looking out the window my neighbor said it's cracked okay I told them got a tree hit the top of the window on the driver side but the window is cracked on the right hand side I haven't moved the truck or anything, I called them up and they said it was going to cost for another windshield that the truck was damaged and they're not responsible I told him that the truck has not been moved they broke it when they were putting it in and they kept on saying the truck was damaged it's not even damaged on that part where they broke it at I could understand if it broke where the dent was but it didn't and I just hung up and said I'm going to file a complaint they didn't offer to give me no money back or anything cuz they broke the windshield putting it in I just didn't see it at the time

    Good morning, when you called and asked us about installing a windshield for your Dodge Dakota, you said that a tree had fallen on it and damaged your vehicle. I told you we could install one for you but there would be no warranty due to body damage and you said that's fine that you didn't need the warranty cause you knew it was damaged. The way yours is damaged there is a possibility is was going to break putting it in and once the glue settles in. When you called back to complain about it, if you would have done it a different way then the way you did it, we would have came out with a new windshield and redo it. But when you called you started making threats to the owner and wanting to yell and scream and curse at the owner. That's not how you do things.
