    Horrible service. I kept being told I was behind 3-4 payments. However, on the 1st of every month with signing on to pay it always showed one payment behind from a hardship death in the family. They have absolutely no integrity, moral compass or just plain decency and honestly seem like radical racist. I was even lied too in regards to the payoff amount. Last month after two 2 years of paying with a $20 online payment fee, I finally said just take it. $720 for an empty cabin! Keep it and your lowsy business and ethics. Save your cash and spend it with good people. May she and they reap what they sow. It's been a month and they still have their cabin on my property. So all of the lies, harassment and pure evil with an attitude for what? They suck! Value your time, energy and hard earned money and people who do the same.

    I have dealt with this buisness for almost year, their service very unprofessional, They don't know how to properly update information in the office and No one's on the same page. they constantly bother the customer before the payment comes due.i wouldn't recommend this company to anyone that is in the process off of purchasing a portable building.
