I purchased a puppy from ***** at *** and was promised the following: puppy would come with health records, I would get a full year health guarantee if I made sure to take puppy to all scheduled vet visits, I was told I would get a gallon of food to help transition the puppy to new food. I asked and never received pictures of the parents of my puppy. My puppy came by a third party transport company who told me my puppy was healthy. She arrived January 20th 2025 and I had an immediate appointment with my vet the next ********** puppy was under weight, malnourished, loosing teeth, her nails were soft, and she had very bad hair loss, then the vet tested her for worms and she was positive for two harsh parasites that could have potentially caused harm to my senior pup. I attempted to resolve the issue with ***** but he called me horrible names and told me I would never be satisfied, that I should be happy that I got a discount dog ($1500) I asked for vet bill money and he denied. This is a PUPPY MILL please close them down. PLEASE!!! She was only 11 lbs at 3 months!!! I would settle for the money spent at the vet roughly $500

We put a deposit down for a champagne pitbull after receiving a blue nose the year before with no issue. At first communication was great and we were informed about multiple possibly litters. But then litter after litter either no puppy of that color, the female was not pregnant. Then they began to ignore our request for updates. Never once reached out to us about an update. Then 7 months go by and still more excuses and no animal. They have still not been able to offer us the dog we put the deposit down on. At this point we just want a refund for our deposit. They tried to refuse this refund, when there is no contract stating it is not refundable the invoice says nothing about nonrefundable and they even blocked us from ******** so we cannot message them anymore. This is not a business I want to buy from anymore. If you cannot provide an animal, you should own up and refund the customer, not block them or ignore them and think you can get away with it. It seems that this is a repetitive occurrence with some of these other reviews, and I wish I saw these sooner.
