      I have been a DLS customer for almost exactly 20 years. Service was originally through Millington ************* and then Ritter bought them out. I was excited when I heard Ritter had bought them. I fully expected they would invest and modernize the infrastructure in my area and offer better/faster services. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. I'm told that Ritter has a monopoly in the Millington and surrounding area, has no plans to improve services for "Remote" residents, and refuses to allow any competition to come in and offer better services. Today I visited Ritter's website and discovered that my neighbor's address across the street from me can order Ritter gigabit service, but when I put in my address in the "availability checker", it says that service is not available for my address. We are talking literally 800 feet between my home and my neighbor's home. I'm beyond frustrated because I know in many areas I could be getting gigabit speeds for a fraction of what I'm paying for service that's barely faster than dial-up. Ritter...you disappoint me and many others in my situation.

      I have not been getting the service I have been paying for in several months. I am going to talk to my attorney tomorrow 12/2/22 to seek relief. I will also ask about the possibility of a class action lawsuit as thousands of people they serve are sick as I am about the horrible and/or intermittent service. I am seeking alternate providers.
