    My husband died July 2, 2023. We had already paid Northridge Woodhaven for the cemetery plot and his headstone. I was told the stone would come by January, 2024. In March , 2024 I called to check on the status. I found the cemetery had been sold to ******************* I was put in touch with a person who works for them. ***********************. I was told many conflicting stories about why there was no headstone. I continued to talk with him over and over with no result. In June I finally gave up on the headstone and requested a refund. I was referred to a *********************** who promised I would get a refund by the end of July or first week in August. I have me receipts and the company agreed that they have the records showing we paid for the headstone. But all they ever do is stall and give me excuses but no actual help. I guess they are going to just wait me out. The people I speak with are always saying they will help but nothing has happened. I just dont know what else to do. I filed a complaint with the *********************************** They were also told I would get a refund. I have now purchased another headstone from another company. I think this is such a terrible thing to do to a dead man and his widow.

    I wanted to let you know I just received my refund from this company. I am glad of that but still very unhappy with how this was handled. What I really wanted was the headstone that we had prepaid for. But at least this is better than nothing. Thank you , ***************************
