    On about 12/3/2022- called G7R to fix the problem they found earlier in November of 2022; this was done on Job card *****. Contractor left yard in mess and broken pipes and stuff sticking out of ground. Complained to vendor who later said he would make right but as far as I know never came. About about Feb?march noticed ground sink down, this is expect but we had to keep adding near street side of repair; when we ran out of dirt; about Oct 18th noticed a sink hole forming there. Sent E-mail but heard nothing. Then in November sent a certified letter to *****************************, owner of G&R Building Maintenance, LLC; and while it took **** about two weeks to get there. The return copy of delivery date and who signed it was completed Dec 4th, I waited 14 day for re ***** but have h/heard nothing and hole is keeps getting larger.

    Tuesday about 8:00 apx, ******* called me to inform me that someone from G & R was there at ****
    ****** Place looking at yard and such. **** called and I talked to the person and was told that they ran
     the sewer line with their camera and was taking back to **** to review. They  offer to have a truck load
     of dirt placed on yard, but I said until we can fix the sink hole problem, I didnt think that was a good
    idea. I asked to communicate with me through main office only as cell phone does not respond to phone
    numbers not in contact list. Called BBB and left message with ***** I think. Later when got home late
    found message from **********; but too late to call back.  Wed,***** was off.

    ***** of G & R called said after reviewing camera images; they cannot see any breaks. Instead they want
    to bring a truck load of dirt when weather clears and fill in the sunken areas and PACK it down; will
    inform me when they come to do this. Meanwhile the sink hole is getting bigger and deeper.

    We have been to Mr. ***** home and ran a inspection camera through the sewer line. There appears to be no issues with the integrity of the line. The sink hole in question will be filled as soon as the weather permits. Should be completed within the next 3 days.

    I will not end complaint till I see truck load of dirt placed in yard, filling depressions and is pack down. After i inspected and verified done to my satisfaction; I will end this complaint but may open new one if ground sinks again.

    ********* 24 at 10:19, received a call from G & R stating when weather permits next week (Jan 2 0r 30) will bring truck load of dirt to fill in sink hole and area not filled when original word was done but never done.  At this writing with clear weather and time have heard no more which is the usual response from them. This is why I will not withdraw my complaint till after any work done and inspected. ***** 12/31/24 @ 9:52am

    We have been in touch with ************ and are working to resolve his issue. The weather has made is impossible to make the repair. It is finally drying out so that we can resume. It is our intention to be on site Friday 1-2-24 to back fill the hole and meet with a representative from the ******************.

    On Friday Feb 2, at about 11:00am, ****** and 3 other men arrived with dirt and began filling in sink hole and bring yard back to condition before trench was dug. two more loads of dirt was required to bring yard up to level before trench was dug. Will the sink hole is still a question; I am pleased with work done to level yard; I therefore am accepting their action and ending the complaint. Thanks to ****** and his men's  work, the job done very well done with dirt pack down hard in yard.
