    After using this business for a few years, they are now holding a truck ******. Refuse to release it, unless paid in cash or check only. Will not accept a credit card, or online virtual pay. And we have paid them online for years.

    I was in the Drive-Thru at ********** and the line was too long. I attempted to leave and the tow truck driver in the other line sped up and nearly hit me! He looked at me and called me a f****** n*****. How disgusting I reported this incident to the corporation I will tell my friends and family do not frequent this restaurant

    The vehicle of *************** was towel on 3/13/2023 near his residence in *******. This company caused severe and significant damage to the vehicle while towing it. It took two days to locate the vehicle and when we made it to the office they did not attempt to proved an explanation as to why the entire tail light was knocked out and holes were knocked in the back of my truck. If it had have been a small ding or scratch, it wouldn't have been a concern. However, my vehicle has been ruined. I was also not notified when the vehicle was towed.
