    EXCEPTIONAL customer service and quality of ********************** and shutters. Mr. ***** was very professional and on time, every time. He was patient and knew what questions to ask to make sure my order met my expectations.     ***** with Over the Top was very professional and informative of the product. The installation was seamless and ***** took great pains to be careful and clean up afterwards. I highly recommend their services. Another plus is that the product is American made!
